Right of cancellation for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly; on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately; on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods, if goods are delivered as part of an order for regular delivery over a specified period of time. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Rocher Marketing-Services, Water-to-Go, Benzstr. 5, 82178 Puchheim, Germany or e-mail: watertogo@rocher-services.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

The return of the goods is to be handled as described for returns. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. We will refund the purchase amount as described.
