Long service life of the filter 

This bottle is supplied with a filter. One filter is sufficient for 200 litres of water. With a daily requirement of 2 litres, that is 100 days/approx. 3 months. When not in use, the bottle with filter can be left standing and reactivated by immersing the filter in water for 15 minutes.
