You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n<p>Or:<\/p>\n<p>Submit your cancellation online via our <a href=\"\/en\/contract-cancellation\/\">Cancellation form<\/a> <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">explain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), stating the date and time of receipt.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Sample cancellation form:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>I hereby cancel the contract concluded by me for the purchase of the following goods:<\/p>\n<p>Order number:<\/p>\n<p>Article:<\/p>\n<p>Ordered on:<\/p>\n<p>Received on:<\/p>\n<p>Name of the buyer:<\/p>\n<p>Address of the buyer:<\/p>\n<p>Date:<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Consequences of the cancellation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them \u2013 whichever is earlier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
